• full payment is required before production begins

Special requests or framing choices may impact production time and cost.

All artwork is handcrafted to order using museum-grade materials.

Typical timelines:

• Standard acrylic artworks: 5–8 weeks

• Signature framing or linen liners: may increase production time

We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or events outside our control, but we will communicate major changes.

We ship locally, nationally, and internationally.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• delivery estimates are not guaranteed

• delays by carriers are outside our control

• international customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes

All artwork ships insured.

If artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos of:

• exterior packaging

• interior packaging

• damage to the artwork

This allows us to process an insurance claim efficiently.

Because each artwork is custom-made to order, all sales are final.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

• accidental damage

• misuse

• improper hanging

• exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures

• fading caused by direct sunlight
